The Ultimate Investors Real Estate Inc, (U.I.R.E.I.) was inspired by Wesley Barney and was founded in 1989.

U.I.R.E.I. is an organization of, and for real estate investors. Our purpose is to assist our members in achieving their real estate investment goals by providing educational workshops and seminars and the opportunity to meet with others who share similar interests and experiences.

U.I.R.E.I. develops programs and publishes newsletters that provide information on various aspects of real estate investing. Our mission is to provide quality educational programs on a variety of subjects relating to real estate investing, business, economics, marketing, taxation, finance and retirement planning.

We believe that pertinent and insightful information will enhance our members success rate in business and will help to keep them a step ahead of the competition.
